Our Origin
It Began Around a Dining Room Table
Every successful business has a story, and ours began around a dining room table. Founded by three partners with a passion for precision and customer service, HJR Microptic started by repairing small calibration instruments. As demand grew, the business quickly outgrew the dining room table and moved into the garage of one of the founders' family homes. Growth continued at a rapid pace, eventually leading to the purchase of the property itself.

Today, that same property has been transformed into a modern double-storey calibration facility housing five specialist laboratories. In fact, one of the founders was born in the room that now serves as our Dimensional Laboratory, a reminder of how deeply rooted the company is in its history and commitment to growth.
